If you are goal oriented and have excellent customer service skills, this may be the position for you! The order management representative I is responsible for retrieving and processing equipment orders on a timely basis. In addition to work with various departments for order completion and communicate with the sales team on the order status.
Hours for this position are 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday

The responsibilities will include:
Show initiative and utilize good judgment and knowledge to make sound decisions, after considering relevant factors and evaluating probable outcome to processing orders
The ability to be productive, efficient and accurate under pressure
The ability to multi-task
Experience with computers is a must; working knowledge of Excel and an ERP operating system (Oracle) are a plus
