    Responsibilities

    • Installation, configuration and client support for printer data collection (DCA) tools 
    • Remote monitoring and management of print devices across multiple diverse locations 
    • Resolve technical issues via remote technical support and manage escalation to field resources as required 
    • Support customers and internal resources for delivery of the Canon Managed Print Services program 
    • Ensure that all MPS program processes, policies, and strategies are followed for all opportunities 
    • Manage client fleet assets, service and supply requests with strong focus on automation 
    • Act as the Managed Print Services subject matter expert for data collection, automation and technical support 
    • Work fluidly in a team environment to support all customer and internal stakeholder inquiries 

    Qualifications

    • Your qualifications must include a high school diploma; Desired: Associate or Bachelor Degree 
    • Two+ years work experience required 
    • Prior help desk technical skills required for printers, networking, delivery of managed print and IT Services 
    • Desirable Certifications:, A+, Network+, Server+, Cloud+, MCSA Server, CDIA+, HDI Support Center Analyst, KCS Foundations 
    • Desired experience supporting printing, networking, and data collection agents such as PrintFleet, Netaphor, or FMaudit 
    • Up to 10% travel may be required; you must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record 
    • Ability to work remotely for business continuity and participate in 24x7 on-call support when required 
    • The ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment 
    • Excellent verbal and customer service skills
