Canon Solutions America Implementation Specialists are responsible for ensuring successful implementation through the orchestration of activities, the facilitation of meetings, and the integration of technologies. Additionally, they are responsible for the successful implementation of customer accounts including staffing, hardware, software and other pieces of technology.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify, track, and resolve project issues
    • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks
    • Identify and assign resources for task completion
    • Create customer installation and implementation plans
    • Works with the Project Manager to create and manage the project plan
    • Review equipment configurations and recommendations
    • Collaborate with the client’s IT department and develops site standards
    • Communicate with the customer(s) to set and guide expectations
    • Communicate with project stakeholders
    • Record all serial numbers and accepts delivery at customer locations
    • Coordinate all necessary resources to ensure a successful implementation (service, warehouse, systems etc.)

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
    • 3-5 years relevant business experience 
    • Significant experience in customer service oriented environment
    • Familiarity with use of business software
    • Proficient in MS Project, Word, Power Point and Excel
    • Good interpersonal skills – must be able to communicate with clients, suppliers, and project team members
    • May require up to 30% travel 
    • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary
