Canon Solutions America's Product Structure Representatives are responsible for coordinating the definition, release and maintenance of the corporate product structure for LFS and PPS.  Will also be responsible for the maintenance of master data in SAP, AS/400 and other business applications.

    • Maintain and support the Corporate Product Configuration System.
      • Collaborate with Marketing to understand product vision and work closely with subject matter experts to implement and document product functional requirements.
      • Maintain product structure master data in SAP, AS/400 and other business applications. Heavy focus on data entry.
      • Identify best practices, opportunities to streamline procedures and initiate resolution of related process issues through the Product Launch teams. Execute those ideas from start to finish.
      • Provide product structure related support for Business Operations and other departments and provide support for Deal Configurator.
      • Ensure product structure is set up and maintained to support the needs of all functions.
      • Coordinate and provide guidance with the appropriate department to resolve issues with outside vendors.
      • Assess product release status and provide product structure communication to all departments impacted.

    • Maintain Customer Master Data
      • Review requests for completeness and determine action required.
      • Research and validate information using business applications and websites (customer, Secretary of State, USPS)
      • Create and maintain customer master data in SAP, AS/400
      • Update accounts for electronic communications (emailing statement and invoices)

    • Maintain mass updates for Material Master, Customer Master and service contract pricing (GPC) including letter creation.
    • Support other projects as assigned and successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Additional responsibilities as needed


    • High School Diploma or equivalent required, College degree preferred 
    • 1-2 years relevant business experience
