Canon Solutions America's Sr. Director, EMSD Sales are responsible for the development of business, identifying and providing solutions to help strategic growth patterns and to examine market indicators to identify trends.

    Responsibilities

    • Operates at the national level to ensure appropriate leadership and organizational structure within the Enterprise Managed Services Division
    • Manages the strategic development of the existing client base as well as the development of new business with existing and potential clients
    • Responsible for building senior level relationships with client contracts at key accounts within the legal field while ensuring operational integrity and alignment to business goals
    • Responsible for aggressively growing the sales organization in key markets and segments while monitoring the establishment, development and enhancement of customer relationships
    • Responsible for the development of a cross-functional strategic plan as well as implementation of an operating plan within assigned locations based on market research and competitor analysis
    • Develops sales teams in the achievement of the territory’s sale quota, effective pricing and margin sustainability and development and retention of productive sales talent
    • Collaborates on strategy development for both short and long term goals that directly impact the organization’s profitability
    • Provides direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives
    • Works closely with Vice President of the division and other senior business partners to ensure that corporate directives are clearly communicated and achieved nationally
    • Displays excellent human relations skills as judged by intellect, communications ability, approachability, and integrity

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
    • 12+ years relevant business experience 
    • Experience in relevant industry, customer service and sales oriented environment
    • Experience interfacing with executive level customers
    • Extensive knowledge of several disciplines and ability to integrate critical information from diverse areas
    • Requires extensive theoretical and practical knowledge of major segments of the organization. 
    • Must have the ability to resolve critical and complex issues impacting overall organizational direction and result
    • May require up to 40% travel to various branches and/or customer sites, including overnights 
    • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary
