    We are seeking a Managed Print Representative to represent our company at our prestigious client's site.

Canon Solutions America's Managed Print Representatives are responsible for providing and facilitating fleet management support to ensure the effective ongoing operation of all fleet-related solutions on site.

    • Establish and maintain relationships with all appropriate/necessary administrators and personnel, including third-party contractors
    • Work within the overall strategic directives of the Canon Account Team Management (Operations & Sales Management).
    • Cultivate an effective working relationship with Canon's Service and all subcontractors who provide services 


    • Work within the framework of all assigned projects and initiatives. Remain current and knowledgeable of daily operation’s impact on all active projects.
    • Work with the assigned Project Manager(s) to assist with initial MFD deployments
    • Support projects through timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks and responsibilities
    • Provide regular feedback to project team members, sponsors, and stake holders


    • Coordinate delivery of post-rollout Canon MFDs, returns, and moves with resources in alignment with established Canon standards
    • Facilitate the capture of required meter information for program devices, working with assigned resources
    • Review the monthly usage report and invoice to ensure accuracy for billing and general asset management purposes
    • Produce program reporting, as required, by Canon Senior Operations Manager
    • Support the analysis of data each month relative to service performance against SLA’s
    • Support the analysis of data each quarter relative to program performance against established goals
    • Establish and maintain the toner management and toner ordering process in alignment with established Canon standards
    • Assist with onsite activities on a portfolio basis, as needed


    • Identify post-rollout MFD end-user and PDS training opportunities and deliver training as required
    • Complete all required training to ensure corporate compliance and sufficient level of product knowledge for environment.


    • Participate in relevant team meetings &conference calls
    • Conduct weekly huddles  and communicate regularly with team members on activities, client issues, ideas for process improvements, etc.
    • Participate in all required solutions trainings; develop greatest possible working knowledge of all EMSD-offered solutions


    • Maintain consistent focus on customer satisfaction
    • Work on site daily, under the immediate supervision of the Canon Senior Operations Manager
    • Communicate customer comments, relevant personal observations, and concerns to appropriate Managed Services personnel


    • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred 
    • 1-2 years relevant business experience
    • Intermediate Excel Knowledge (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
    • Intermediate Power Point Knowledge (Presentation Creation, Formatting)
    • Intermediate Word Knowledge (Creating Procedures Guides Using Table of Contents)
    • Ability to review data relative to service performance against SLA’s, cost/savings against program goals, and device utilization and make recommendations to the Account Team and/or Customer regarding optimization opportunities
    • Knowledge of our business/company is vital for this position. 
    • May require up to 20% regional travel to customer site(s)
    • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary
    • Onsite activities may require bending and twisting
