Ability to understand the complete order process from beginning to end
Must be able to work independently and make decisions
Must be able to analyze and understand order issues and discrepancies
Must be efficient and dedicated
Must be detailed oriented with the ability to multi task and work overtime at peak times during the month
Must have effective written/verbal communication skills
Computer proficiency in Excel, Sales Order Maker and understanding of revenue and commissions
Able to work independently, and provide guidance to less experienced employees
