    Responsibilities

    • Represents the organization to customers by providing information, responding to inquiries or troubleshooting product problems
    • High level technician capable of resolving basic and intermediate level issues with ease
    • Very proficient in troubleshooting and ticket documentation
    • Grows capability in more complex software solutions, with 85%+ individual resolution
    • Develops as expert in one or more specific solutions

    Qualifications

    • Your qualifications must include a high school diploma or equivalent
    • 2-4 years work experience required
    • Certifications/Licenses: HDI Support Center Analyst, KCS Foundations, A+, Network+, Server+
      • ESS Specific - Certification and advanced proficiency in supporting eCopy, uniFLOW, Therefore; basic proficiency in supporting IRIS, PlanetPress, and IDEAS
      • ESS Prod Specific - VP Series/PrismaSync, ImagePress/EFI Fiery, Fiery Applications, PrismaPrepare
      • PPS Specific - PrismaProduction Basic/Advanced, GMC Basic, Linux+
      • LFS Specific - TDS/CW567/PS Product and Controller, ReproDesk or DirectPrint, Onyx/Arizona
      • MPS Specific - MPS/CMT, DCA/CCA data collectors, MDS-Ops
    • Up to 5% travel may be required; you must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
    • Ability to work remotely for business continuity
