Company providing integrated systems technology that comprise one of the strongest solutions portfolios in the document management industry. The Engagement Associate Specialist is responsible for the successful contribution to, participation and  implementation of employee recognition, engagement and development initiatives, programs or events;  in collaboration with manager, team and external departments or suppliers. The Engagement Associate Specialist will work closely with managers in meeting department goals.

    • Research, prepare and design layout of content and/or profiles for entry or upload to a digital platform(s) such as Interact, Brainshark, Workfront, or other as applies (PowerPoint, Word Files, Video, Pictures)
    • Assemble, proof and design layout for quarterly Huddle Magazine by utilizing Word, Adobe and InDesign software. Works closely with Manager/Editor and Creative Services team throughout production process
    • Administer the Medals of Distinction recognition program process; maintains Excel Activity and Budget files
    • Participate and contribute to Events Planning, documentation, reservations, handouts, agendas, name tags
    • Photograph all department initiatives, programs, events or other as needed
    • Participate and contribute, with manager’s direction, on key learning & development initiatives such as Account Executive On-Boarding (AEOB) program, GROW and future programs
    • Maintain monthly Organization Chart and bi-monthly Directory
    • Create marketing collateral as it applies for programs, meetings, and events
    • Participate and contribute to annual department initiatives which may change and transform from year to year


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
    • 0-3 years relevant business experience 
    • Field account experience desirable
    • Experience with customer service in an internal customer environment
    • Proficient in InDesign, Adobe, MS Excel, Power Point and Word required
    • Must be comfortable working on digital platforms as identified
    • Photography and experience with Canon Rebel T5i camera
    • Requires up to 15% travel to various Canon offices 
    • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary 
    • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and carry or unpack various sized boxes, to include over–sized when needed, for program deliveries or events
