Company providing integrated systems technology that comprise one of the strongest solutions portfolios in the document management industry. The National Technology Director is responsible for directing, managing and planning  the activities and operations of the National Technology Team,  Administering the IT budget, staff and technology initiatives for existing and potential clients. They will also liase between EMSD, Canon Solutions America, Canon USA and third party technology providers.

    • Establish, plan, and administer the overall policies and goals for the National Technology Team
    • Analyze the needs of departments and establish priorities for feasibility studies, systems design and implementation to develop new and/or modify the company’s information processing systems
    • Compile and develop annual budget
    • Develop plans and initiatives for the testing and implementation of pre-sales technology support
    • Partner with other senior management to consistently deliver high quality service that meet or exceed business expectations and one that enables EMSD to meet its financial and strategic targets
    • Mentor Technology Team and develop a succession and retention plan for all


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
    • 12+ years relevant business experience
    • Experience in a technology related industry, and enterprise class IT best practices. 
    • Minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience within a large technical account environment
    • previous proven expertise in managed services, high availability solutions, hardware/software solution sales highly preferred. 
    • Consulting delivery or implementation experience 
    • Superior verbal, presentation and written communications skills, strong leadership qualities, and team oriented business values are essential
    • Requires up to 50% national travel, including overnights
    • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary
