Company providing integrated systems technology that comprise one of the strongest solutions portfolios in the document management industry.  The Sr. Contracts Specialist is responsible for negotiating, securing award of, and administering GSA federal supply schedule contracts, federal blanket delivery arrangements, and certain Canon Teaming Partner Agreements.

    Responsibilities

      • Main point of contact for Canon Solutions America Sales Force for document request including review and approval
      • Organize and manage documents requests until completion
      • Review all documents for business related risk
      • Review Customer Purchase Orders and Customer Contracts
      • Drafting of document addendums to contracts and CSA agreements based on guidelines and legal counsel input
      • Responding to bids by gathering responses, coordinating internal resources, holding team meetings to bid submission
      • Coordinates and leads bid calls with Sales Executives and other subject matter experts
      • Monitor all bid requests
      • Create Contract profiles for those opportunities that result in a Canon Business Solutions Win
      • Review opportunity Terms and Conditions and create issues file for Sales for CSA response
      • Obtain all necessary signatures and documentation required for response

     

    Qualifications

     

      • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience required
      • Effective communication with all internal and external customers
      • Detail Oriented, articulate
      • Excellent, strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple work assignments under tight deadlines
      • Project Management skills-plan, organize and prioritize projects
      • Facilitate calls with internal and external customers for contract negotiations
      • Fluency in Powerpoint, Word, Excel and ability to adapt to other databases or programs as assigned
