Canon Solutions America Solutions Delivery Specialists provide professional services to customers for implementing software solutions.

    • Validates technical solutions for feasibility.
    • Implements software solutions according to a defined solution "blueprint" and provides technical support for those implementations.
    • Functions as technical escalation for internal resources (Help Desk, Field, etc.).
    • Assists with the Pre-Sales process for solution sales where required.
    • Develops comprehensive solution implementation documentation, both customer facing and internal, for Help Desk.
    • Customize our application to integrate successfully with customers workflow by understanding basic scripting, SQL queries, and API
    • Remains up-to-date on developments within a defined portfolio of solutions (new version, patch, competitive landscape).
    • Authors one or more Technical Publications per quarter for distribution to Field Sales and/or Support.
    • Ability to travel throughout Texas & Oklahoma as needed. 


    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent education + work experience required. 
    • Familiarity with programming languages such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, and HTML
    • Minimum three years relevant business experience.
    • ApplicationXtender, Kofax, Captiva, MCSE/MCSA/Network+/Security+ certifications desired.
    • CDIA+ certifications is required (if not certified, must achieve certification within six months of hire date).
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong background in computer software, hardware and networking.
    • Ability to travel throughout Texas & Oklahoma as needed.
