Contracts Representatives are responsible for managing and processing equipment orders and returns for business system products and services including: Copiers, printers, fax machines, document management solutions and related software.
This position requires experience with Excel, strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and proven customer service skills.
Specific duties include extensive interaction with clients and internal departments to resolve billing and customer service issues:
This position will cover multiple Time Zones, so the hours will be 9:30am-6:00pm
