Canon Business Solutions Parts Supervisors are responsible for ensuring the successful completion of all daily functions. Including, successful product delivery to our customers, procurement of products for timely deliver, maintaining and improving inventory accuracy, obtaining excellent customer satisfaction, control and improve upon the operation costs for all of CBS.     • Supervise personnel and oversee operations at multiple locations at an outstanding level.
    • Train, direct, and develop direct reports.
    • Evaluate and appraise performance of direct reports.
    • Develop and implement programs or procedures that increase team productivity.
    • Work to resolve any Customer issues/concerns.
    • Adhere to, and enforce, the National Service and National Spares Standards.
    • Support our Area Market Spares facilities, including out of state travel as needed.
    • Direct, on-site supervision of branch operations a minimum of twice a month.


    • Your qualifications must include a High School diploma or equivalent
    • 3 years experience in warehouse or distribution area, preferably related to a Spares operation
    • Knowledge of Shipping and Receiving, Picking/Packing, Inbound/Outbound Inventory Control
    • Proficient computer skill and knowledge, MS office
    • Experience with warehouse database systems, Oracle preferred
    • Background of working with scanners and scanning functions a plus
    • Outstanding Customer Service Skills with a strong sense of dedication and urgency
    • Strong Organizational, Time Management, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
    • Supervisory/ Management / Lead experience a plus
