The service analyst is accountable for providing analytical support to/for the various levels of service management. Supportive management documentation will focus on the following areas of Canon Solutions America efforts to ensure future growth and market competitiveness; customer machine performance reporting (both external and internal), technician KPI performance and divisional financial analysis. This position will also be the key analyst for specified major account reporting.
