We are seeking a Client Services Representative to represent our company at our prestigious client’s site.

Responsibilities

Specific job duties will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Following mail security procedures, completing USPS mail rough & fine sort, processing and recording all inbound accountable shipments, preparing & processing incoming domestic and international pouch mail, preparing shipment and outgoing overnight labels, completing outgoing special mailing request, delivering All USPS, inter-office mail, Certified, Newspapers, to designated mail drops, delivering accountable shipments and obtaining delivery signatures, delivering processed outgoing USPS First Class & accountable to the post office
  • Maintaining all MFD's and network printers
  • Conference Room breakdown and set up
  • Assisting with A/V issues
  • Maintaining a clean and organized environment within Mail, Copy, Convenience Care and Office Service areas
  • Maintaining all supplies in completing day to day responsibilities
  • Recording all volumes and metrics for monthly and quarterly client meeting
  • Providing evaluation, research and service enhancements and problem solution recommendations to Operations Manager
  • Cross training of RSR staff for back up support

Qualifications

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and experience (1-3 years) in an office environment or service industry.  Must have strong communication skills and the demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize efforts effectively, solve problems and make decisions independently, work in a team environment, and provide top-level customer service in the required time frame.
