Canon Solutions America Sales Managers are responsible for managing a team that sells specific business system products and services including: black & white and color printers and copiers, document management solutions and related software.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, your primary focus will be to manage a team of sales representatives who sell Canon's hardware and software technology-based solutions to companies within a territory and/or an assigned account list.

 

Specific job duties will involve training, developing, and coaching current and new sales representatives to success.

 

You will be required to achieve 100% of personal quota and managing a list of accounts.

 

You will also be responsible for interviewing, conducting performance reviews, monthly plan and reviews, submitting accurate forecasts, and ride days.

Qualifications

Your qualifications must include:
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent education, B2B quota carrying sales plus sales management experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior sales role which includes mentoring other sales professionals in the office automation industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Desire to develop and lead a sales team
• Interest in learning new technology in an evolving industry
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to travel – overnight travel up to 25% within territory required
