We are seeking a Site Supervisor to represent our company at our prestigious client's sites.

Responsibilities

The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily work flow at the client's site.

 

Specific job duties may include but not be limited to the following:

  • Trains and supervisors on-site employees
  • Receiving, pick-up and delivery of all UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEX and courier packages for tenant and Property Management office
  • Utilizes SQBX tracking system to scan and upload shipping and receiving data to the cloud
  • Establishes processes and coordinates deliveries to individual clients for short term absences
  • Prepares shipping and receiving reports to the Property Management office monthly
  • Key liaison with the Property Management office regarding loading dock and mail room operations
  • Provides assistance with the Canon copiers, as required

Qualifications

Qualifications must include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, Prior management/supervisory experience in facilities management support services, maintaining and promoting positive customer relationships.  Moderate to advanced computer skills, operational knowledge of document imaging equipment, ability to move paper and lift and packages. Knowledge of outsourcing/FM, such as copy center, mailroom, records/file management, document imaging, reprographics, and facsimile operations are highly desirable.
