We are seeking a Part-Time Client Support Representative to represent our company at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Specific job duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Maintaining all of the UNL campus copiers/printers/scanners. The Client Support Representative will perform a number of diverse work assignments such as Firmware software updates, copying and binding, collating, inserting, folding, supervising work flow and job balancing as well as management of print queue. Responsible for maintaining job integrity, reviewing customer work orders, performing basic equipment maintenance (replacing toner) and deliveries.
This is a part time position (10-20 hours per week) with a very flexible work schedule.
Qualifications must include:
A high school diploma or equivalent
Active/Current University of Nebraska Lincoln student is preferred but not required
Ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, prior experience in a customer environment, technical knowledge to maintain and troubleshoot equipment within the department, ability to work with minimal supervision, ability to lift paper and packages weighing up to 55lbs.
Knowledge of outsourcing/facilities management, such as copy center, mailroom, records/file management, document imaging, reprographics, and facsimile operations are highly desirable.
