The Solutions Support Technician II provides hardware and software technical support on limited, key software solutions by resolving all routine issues. The Solutions Support Technician II will also be involved with intermediate complexity incidents, escalating to Field Service and vendors when necessary.


  • Represents the organization to customers by providing information, responding to inquiries or troubleshooting product problems.
  • Expert in basic hardware, networking and software technologies, with 85%+ at desk resolution.
  • Learns and grows in deeper skills with advanced hardware and related support.
  • Learns and grows capability with advanced software solutions, with 50%+ individual resolution.
  • Troubleshooting and ticket documentation.
  • Follows proper procedures and guidelines for resolution and customer service.


  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Two years’ of relevant work experience required; industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Certifications: HDI Support Center Analyst, A+, Network+ preferred, or the desire to obtain within the first six months of hire date.
    • Enterprise Services & Solutions (multi-functional equipment) Specific - Certification and intermediate proficiency in supporting eCopy, uniFLOW
    • Enterprise Services & Solutions Production Specific - VP Series/PrismaSync, ImagePress/EFI Fiery, Fiery Applications
    • Large Format Specific - TDS/CW567/PS Product and Controller, ReproDesk or DirectPrint
  • Up to 5% travel may be required for training purposes.
